Some of your queries and questions may be some that we get asked on a regular basis. So we thought we should make a hub where our FAQs can be answered in one place. If your question remains unanswered don’t hesitate to contact us.
A large range of products are supplied at Gateway Automation. Barriers, gates, bollards, access control, speed ramps, height restrictors and road blockers.
We install out production across the UK, including the ground works if it is required. All of our engineers are fully trained to install all of the perimeter security we supply.
Yes. We can provide gates and barriers made to the exact measurements and other requirements your premises may need.
All equipment is guaranteed (parts and labour) for 12 months after installation. In the rare event of failure, spare parts are available and can then be fitted by our team of engineers.
Our team is always on hand to discuss your requirements over the phone or email. We will also visit your site to conduct a survey of your site to ensure we have the right measurements and there are no complications.
Once your new perimeter security is installed you will receive layout drawings, foundation drawings, electrical circuit drawings, cable schedules (as applicable) and, maintenance manuals. All of these are available in either a hard copy or electrical.
