Yep, we were there, Gateway Automation took The Security Event by storm last Thursday, and let us tell you, it was nothing short of brilliant!
From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear we were in for a day packed full of cutting-edge tech, fascinating conversations, and a whole lot of gate and barrier chat (our favourite kind, naturally). We weren’t exhibiting this year, but that didn’t stop us from showing up in full force, with Sean, Alex, Ollie and Charlotte, ready to explore connect, and soak up all the latest trends shaping the perimeter security industry.
Attending events like this is all about connection – and wow, did we connect. We met with long-time partners, new faces, and everyone in between. From quick chats, to longer chats over a hot drink, we were reminded why the security sector is such a fantastic space to be a part of.
Plus, it gave us the perfect opportunity to talk about our passion: reliable, high-quality perimeter security. Whether it was sharing our experience in barrier installations or discussing how our turnstiles can transform a site’s security, we left with more than a few ideas in the works.
Let’s be honest – we’re tach geeks at heart. So having the opportunity to see what’s new, what’s trending, and what’s coming down the pipeline was a real treat. from biometric access control systems to remote monitoring solutions, we were bussing with inspiration.
We’re always on the lookout for ways to improve the security solutions we offer, and events like this keep us sharp. It’s one thing to read about new tech; it’s another to see it up close, touch it, ask questions, and imagine how it could complement what we already do best.
