  • What products do Gateway Automation supply?

    We design and manufacture perimeter security and perimeter fencing solutions, such as electric & manual barriers, gates, turnstiles, road blockers. See our products page for more information.

  • Do Gateway Automation offer installation?

    We install all products on a nationwide basis, including groundworks (if requested). Our personnel are all fully trained and qualified professionals.

  • Can I order a non-standard / bespoke gate or barrier?

    Yes. We design and manufacture our own gates and barriers, allowing us to customise products to be tailored to each clients individual requirements.

  • What sort of after sales service can I expect?

    All equipment is guaranteed (parts and labour) for 12 months. In the rare event of a failure, spare parts are available off the shelf and can be fitted by one of our team of nationwide engineers.

  • Will you visit site to check our requirements?

    Our sales team are always on hand to discuss your requirements and inspect each and every site.

  • What technical information / support can I expect if we place an order?

    We submit as standard: layout drawings, foundation drawings, electrical circuit drawings, cable schedules (as applicable) and maintenance manuals. All available electronically, or as hard copy.

  • How do I place an order with Gateway Automation?

    Please contact us via telephone or email and open a trade account. We do accept payment by credit card.

  • Can I have your products in any colour?

    Our range of security gates and barriers are available in a wide variety of colours. If you require a customised finish, we are able to colour your gate in any colour from the RAL colour chart.
